The hospital is licensed by the State of California and accredited by the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations (JCAHO). Residential treatment is licensed and certified by the State of California Department of Alcohol and Drug Programs. Aurora Las Encinas Hospital is a Medicare and Medi-Cal provider, and is contracted with most major insurance companies.
